Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for supporting entrepreneurial endeavors and a knack for managing multiple calendars with finesse? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO of a Venture Capital Accelerator Program, a dynamic leader and entrepreneur. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, juggling various aspects of his life, including business activities, music arrangements, family commitments, and more. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a multi-faceted executive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage the CEO's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all commitments are met.
-Proactively plan and adjust schedules to accommodate the CEO's business, personal, and family activities.
-Handle email correspondence on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing and responding to messages in a professional and timely manner.
-Screen and filter incoming calls and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
-Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO's business trips and personal vacations.
-Ensure all travel arrangements are well-organized and meet the CEO's preferences and requirements.
-Organize, file, and maintain important documents, contracts, and records.
-Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and other materials.
-Help the CEO prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
-Create to-do lists and reminders to ensure the CEO stays on track with important commitments and deadlines.
-Schedule, prepare materials for, and attend meetings alongside the CEO.
-Take minutes, summarize discussions, and follow up on action items as needed.
-Assist with managing the CEO's personal and family commitments, such as coordinating family events, birthdays, and special occasions.
-Plan, coordinate, and execute events, both business-related and personal, including meetings, conferences, parties, and entertainment activities.
-Keep track of the CEO's expenses and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of receipts.
Research and Information Gathering:
-Conduct research on various topics, industries, and trends to support the CEO's decision-making process.
-Summarize findings and provide relevant information.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
-Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
-Tackle additional tasks and projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
This position is Full-Time (40 per week) 100% remote from home.
Compensation:Negotiable based on experience.
